Therapy is a dedicated space within your busy life that allows for time and space to pause, reflect, learn, and grow. I understand how difficult the decision to start therapy can be and I am committed to making the process feel comfortable and less intimidating. I consider the therapeutic relationship an essential agent for change. I work to collaborate with clients in establishing a safe and nonjudgmental environment that fosters authenticity, growth, and healing. I am passionate about working with challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma.
In the therapeutic space, I utilize curiosity, compassion, directness, humor, and warmth to support my clients in exploring past experiences and making meaning in their lives. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach while incorporating different modalities such as CBT and Art Therapy. My goal is to meet my clients exactly where they are. Our work together will aim to foster emotional awareness and examine the behavior and thought patterns that negatively impact your life. My hope is to join you in your journey toward healing and work together to explore the deeper parts of yourself, even when this can feel messy or uncomfortable. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward making lasting changes in your life.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, cooking, baking, and trying new restaurants.

Everything shapes us. The vast range of experiences from the time you were born, until now, has shaped who you are and how you operate. Our journey in life does not always look as we expected, presenting us with a multitude of challenges. Perhaps some of these challenges led you to stumble on this page today. In times when we find we are distressed on our life journey, collaborating with a therapist to unpack and process these stressors is a wonderful way to honor yourself.
My clinical work is largely focused on guiding individuals and couples through a deep healing process that explores the core influences of their current concerns while highlighting their strengths and resiliency. Areas that have been a focal point of my work include trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, chronic pain & illness, and self-esteem. My therapeutic process consists of focusing on two elements that take place concurrently. While we work together to identify changes that can improve the present problem at hand, we will also take an in-depth look at what is causing and maintaining this area of concern as well, in order to achieve lasting change. I will approach our work together in a manner that is mindful, individualized, and compassionate.
Outside of session, you can find me rooting for the Flyers, paddling on a dragon boat, or watching mindless TV with my husband and two cats. There is also a strong chance that I am either cooking or ordering some delicious food! I’ll apologize in advance for the details I may ask for if you share about a meal you recently ate!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals and families as they navigate different transitions throughout their lives. I value my relationships with my clients and focus on providing them with a safe space to open up and feel heard. Looking at ourselves and making changes for the better can be a very difficult thing to do, therefore, I make sure to approach therapy with my clients in an authentic, direct, and collaborative way.
My work with clients has focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and improving relationships between family members. I work from a systemic perspective and believe that our relationships and past experiences shape us into the people we are today.
My hope for my clients is for them to be able to reach their best versions of themselves in the therapy room and take those skills they learn and apply them to their everyday lives.
Outside of sessions, you can find me in the gym, at a concert, or on the long run. I am a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan so Sundays during football season are very special days in my household. I also have the cutest dog and will share pictures of him with whoever will ask.
