You deserve to feel connected — to yourself and the people you love.

I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected, understood, and supported in their lives and relationships. Many of the people I work with are navigating distance, disconnection, or patterns that feel hard to break — and they want a therapeutic space where they can explore these experiences with honesty and compassion.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and steady. Whether you come alone or with a partner, I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin building the kind of emotional closeness and clarity you’ve been craving.

I specialize in helping adults and couples heal from trauma, strengthen communication, and build relationships that feel secure, meaningful, and emotionally fulfilling. If your relationship feels distant or stuck, I can help you and your partner understand the deeper patterns beneath the conflict, reconnect emotionally, and rebuild a stronger bond.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and attachment-focused principles. I provide a supportive space where you can process past experiences, heal old wounds, and begin rewriting the story that has held you back — both individually and in your relationships.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University and began my career in community mental health work in Philadelphia. My approach draws from evidence-based models, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for trauma recovery and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen attachment and connection in relationships. As a co-founder of RISE Mental Health Collective, I am committed to building a practice grounded in compassion, integrity, and meaningful therapeutic work. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I also provide clinical supervision for therapists pursuing licensure in Pennsylvania — helping them deepen their skills and grow their professional identity.

When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me planning future travels, enjoying good food, or relaxing at home with my husband and our pets. I love finding comfort in the small, cozy parts of life and carrying that sense of warmth into the work I do with clients.
