  • Our in-person office is at 4 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA 18940.
We also offer virtual therapy to clients residing in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Colorado & Florida.

  • Online therapy (telehealth) lets you meet with your therapist through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform from the comfort of your own home. With RISE MHC, virtual sessions work just like in-person care — only more flexible and accessible from wherever you are.

All you need is a private space and a device with a camera. Sessions feel very similar to meeting in the office — you’ll talk, reflect, and work toward your goals together, just without the commute.

We currently offer online therapy to clients in PA, NJ, DE, CO, and FL. It’s flexible, convenient, and allows you to access support even on your busiest days.

  • Yes. We offer in-person therapy at our Newtown, PA office located at 4 Terry Drive. Clients who prefer face-to-face sessions are welcome to meet with their therapist in our comfortable, private office space.

We also offer virtual therapy for clients in PA, NJ, DE, CO, and FL — giving you the flexibility to choose what feels best.

  • At RISE Mental Health Collective, fees vary depending on the type of service (individual, couples, or family therapy), the duration of the session, and which therapist you are working with.

Your therapist will discuss their specific rate with you during your free 15-minute phone consultation, and payment is due by credit/debit card at the time of each session.

  • Your first therapy session is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you in. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say — we’ll guide the conversation gently and at your pace.

During this session, your therapist will ask about what’s been going on in your life, what you’re hoping to work on, and what support feels most helpful for you right now. You’ll also learn more about how we work, what therapy can look like, and have space to ask questions or share any concerns.

The goal of the first appointment is simple:
to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you take this first step. It’s the beginning of building a relationship where you can show up honestly and start moving toward the change you’re looking for.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline for therapy. Everyone’s needs, goals, and pace are different — and we’ll work together to figure out what feels right for you.

Some people come to therapy for a few months to work through a specific stressor or life transition. Others choose to stay longer to explore deeper patterns, heal past experiences, or continue building insight and support over time.

At RISE, you get to decide how long you want to be here.
Your therapist will check in with you regularly about how things are feeling, what’s working, and what you want to focus on next. We’ll move at your pace, honor your comfort level, and adjust as your needs evolve.

Therapy isn’t about “doing it the right way” — it’s about creating meaningful, sustainable change in a way that works for you.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that explains the estimated cost of your therapy services before you begin treatment. Under the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers — including therapists — are required to give clients who are paying out-of-pocket an estimate of expected fees.

    It isn’t a contract or a bill.
It’s simply a transparent breakdown of what therapy may cost based on the frequency and length of sessions you choose.

Your therapist at RISE will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate upon request or before your first session, so you always know what to expect with no surprises.
