I believe clarity comes when we have space to explore what’s beneath the surface.

I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating the in-between seasons of life — the moments when identity, relationships, and emotions feel overwhelming or unclear. Many of my clients are moving through transitions or internal shifts and want a space to slow down, sort things out, and feel more grounded in themselves.
My style is warm, collaborative, and real. I create space where you can show up exactly as you are, explore what’s been weighing on you, and begin making sense of your thoughts and emotions with support, honesty, and moments of lightness along the way.

I help clients understand how their past experiences, relationships, and internal patterns shape the way they feel and function today. My approach is trauma-informed, insight-oriented, and focused on building emotional clarity and meaningful self-understanding.
I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma and PTSD, identity shifts, and the internal changes that come with entering new chapters of life. I also have extensive experience supporting teens (14+) and young adults as they move through transitions, evolving roles, and a growing sense of who they are.
My work blends depth-oriented exploration with grounded, practical tools. I incorporate CBT-based techniques to build skills and offer art therapy upon request for clients who find creative expression helpful — never as a requirement. Together, we create a space that feels supportive, attuned, and genuinely human, with room for lightness and honesty along the way.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist with advanced training in trauma-focused approaches. I am certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I bring this foundation into therapy in a way that supports both insight and meaningful change.
My style is relational, conversational, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy works best when it feels human — when you can talk openly, explore honestly, and build insight in a space that feels safe and supportive.
As a co-founder of RISE Mental Health Collective, I’m committed to creating a practice where people feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to rise into the version of themselves they are becoming.

Outside of sessions, I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who values connection, creativity, and slowing down whenever life feels busy. You’ll usually find me with my family, trying new recipes, working on creative projects, or chasing quiet moments with a coffee in hand. I’m just a regular person trying to balance family, fun, rest, and the chaos of everyday life.
