When words fall short, art speaks — and healing begins.

  • I provide individual therapy for adolescents (14+) and adults. I work with clients who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and internal experiences that can feel hard to name or fully express. Many of the people I support are looking for a space that feels safe, creative, and supportive — where they can explore what’s going on inside at their own pace.

My work is especially well-suited for individuals who feel drawn to a more expressive approach, whether alongside talk therapy or as a primary way of processing their experiences.

  • I am a licensed Art Therapist and Counselor with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, autism spectrum experiences, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that creative expression can be a powerful tool for insight, healing, and growth — even if you have little or no prior experience with art.

In sessions, we may use a blend of verbal processing and art-based exploration to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work to build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster resilience in ways that feel accessible, meaningful, and supportive of your individual strengths and goals.

  • I earned my dual Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and began my career in community mental health in Philadelphia. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), integrating these models thoughtfully with art therapy when appropriate.

I am committed to ethical practice, continued professional development, and creating an inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

  • Outside of my work, I enjoy staying curious and active in ways that support both creativity and balance. You’ll often find me in a yoga class, hiking local trails, or exploring hidden gems around Philadelphia. At home, I unwind with anime, video games, and experimenting with new art techniques. These interests help keep life playful, inspiring, and grounded — energy I bring with me into the therapy space.
