True healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.

  • I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and navigate the challenges that come with being human. Many of my clients are moving through transitions, emotional pain, or patterns that feel hard to break — and they’re looking for a space where they can be honest, supported, and understood.
My approach is warm yet direct, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Whether you come in alone or with a partner, I aim to create a space where you can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

  • My areas of expertise include trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I work with couples at every stage of their relationship — whether you've been together for one year or fifty. Through a mix of evidence-based work, including Gottman Method approaches, and deeper emotional exploration, I help couples rehumanize one another, break long-standing patterns, and find their way back to connection, fulfillment, and joy.
Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, my goal is to help you understand the deeper roots of your current concerns while also offering practical tools and strategies to enrich your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll build a path toward change that feels sustainable and grounded in who you are.

  • I began my career in community mental health in Philadelphia, where I worked with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families. Over the years, I’ve continued expanding my clinical toolkit through specialized training. I am a Certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist & Consultant, trained in the Gottman Method through Level 3, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor for therapists pursuing licensure.
I’m currently a student at the SoundMind Institute in Philadelphia, training to become a Psychedelic Facilitator, and I’m also learning American Sign Language as part of my commitment to accessibility and connection in my work.
As a co-founder of RISE Mental Health Collective, I am dedicated to building a practice where individuals and couples feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing.

  • Outside of sessions, I can be either super active or incredibly sedentary — there’s usually no in-between. I’m often taking 100 photos of my cats in the exact same position, hitting the gym or a yoga class, spending time with the people I love, or watching the Flyers and the Eagles. I love exploring restaurants (after reading every review, of course) or cooking something delicious at home.
There’s also a good chance you’ll find me deep into a TV show — whether it’s Real Housewives, a new docuseries, or a series I finally agreed to watch years after it was recommended. And when I need comfort, I always return to my favorites: Broad City, The Sopranos, Vanderpump Rules, or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
