A young woman with long brown hair, wearing glasses and a mustard-colored shirt, smiling in front of a gray tiled wall.

I believe it takes courage to begin a journey toward self-discovery and change — and I’m here to walk alongside you as you grow.

  • I work with teens (14+), individuals, and families in PA, NJ, and DE. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, I offer a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a systemic lens — meaning we look not only at your internal world, but also at the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped who you are today.

  • I specialize in trauma treatment, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, and life transitions. I frequently support teens and families who are working through communication challenges, emotional regulation, and patterns that feel hard to shift.

My work integrates evidence-based approaches with relational, insight-oriented exploration. I draw from Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), ESFT, and DBT-informed strategies to support meaningful, sustainable growth. Together, we build clarity, resilience, and tools that actually fit your life.

  • I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University and began my career in community mental health in Philadelphia, where I continue to practice alongside my work in private practice.

I am certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and have advanced training in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and support meaningful healing and growth.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a Co-Founder of RISE Mental Health Collective and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I provide supervision for therapists pursuing licensure in Pennsylvania, as well as for licensed clinicians working toward becoming AAMFT Approved Supervisors.

  • When I’m not in session, you can usually find me out on a run, at the gym, or cheering on the Eagles during football season (Go Birds!). The Phillies also hold a big place in my heart—at my house, it’s always baseball season. I deeply value spending time with my partner, loved ones, and my cat, and I never miss the chance to unwind by binge-watching reality TV.
