SUPERVISION FOR THERAPISTS

Support, guidance, and space to grow into the clinician you want to be.

Living room with a tan leather sofa, a white pillow with black stripes, and large green houseplants against a white wall.

You don’t have to do this work alone.

Being a therapist can be incredibly meaningful — and deeply challenging. You’re holding other people’s stories, navigating complex cases, managing ethical decisions, and constantly questioning if you’re “doing it right.” Maybe you’re early in your career and feeling overwhelmed by responsibility. Maybe you’re licensed but craving deeper confidence, clarity, or direction. Or maybe you’re stepping into supervision yourself and want thoughtful support along the way.

Supervision isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about having a space to slow down, reflect, and grow.

Supervision at RISE is for clinicians who want collaborative, supportive guidance — not judgment, pressure, or performative expertise.

how WE can help

Supervision helps you build confidence, clinical clarity, and a strong professional identity.

At RISE, we approach supervision as a collaborative relationship rooted in curiosity, support, and growth. We help you think more deeply about your clinical work, understand patterns in your cases, and strengthen your voice as a therapist. Supervision may include case consultation, exploration of countertransference, ethical decision-making, skill development, and reflection on how your identity and experiences show up in the therapy room.

We offer supervision for:
• Therapists pursuing AAMFT-approved supervision
• Therapists seeking LPC supervision in Pennsylvania
Art therapists working toward their ATR or ATR-BC

Our supervisors are experienced clinicians and AAMFT Approved Supervisors who support therapists across different licensure paths and stages of development. Whether you’re pre-licensed, provisionally licensed, or preparing to become a supervisor yourself, we meet you where you are and help you grow with intention and confidence.
