Taking the step to engage in therapy is in an investment in your own health and well-being. It is incredibly brave and shows great strength. My hope for you along this journey is that we access your innate wisdom, insight, and resiliency to help you overcome challenges and create fulfilling relationships. My goal as your therapist is to help you feel empowered to make meaningful changes and discover your best life.

As a systemically trained therapist, I believe that problems occur in the context of relationships and that when we understand the factors that contribute to our challenges, we can create our best futures. I am passionate about working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, as well as relational concerns. I offer an authentic, warm, and compassionate experience to my clients in therapy and believe that it is a privilege to witness your growth in the therapeutic space.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me daydreaming about travel, eating good food, and lounging at home with my husband and pets.
